BREADS AND ROLLS
Our breads have been handcrafted for 35 years with the same traditional recipes. Our breads contain no extra additives or preservatives and are also vegan friendly.
CALABRESE BREAD
This authentic, thick-crust Italian bread is hand-made using 40-year-old family techniques. The flavour of this bread is enhanced by proofing on cornmeal-covered wood boards and stone baked.​

Derived from our famous panini dough this loaf version of our Panini Bun. It is a take on the traditional French Batard loaf which originated from baguettes. This loaf has a softer crust and dense interior packed with a sweet silky flavor.

WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY AMMARETTO​

White sponge cake soaked with amaretto, then layered with amaretto cookie crumbs, white chocolate mousse & raspberry jam. Covered in white chocolate mousse & white chocolate shavings. Garnished with amaretto cookies and raspberry coulis.
